Very wonderful and easy process. I didn’t get the dispatchers name but from the time I called, she was super friendly and helpful. She stated that it would about an hour wait time but the driver called and arrived in about 45 minutes. He had the car hooked up and ready to go in a bout 10-15 minutes. Drove and dropped at residence and had it dropped in about the same amount of time as hook up. Total time was approximately 1.5 hours. The driver’s name was Ty and he was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have to use a tow company again it will definitely be Trius Towing and I will recommend them to anyone needing a towing company. Thank you all again for the exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. It made our stressful day much easier to deal with.
